Shipping

U.S. & Canada Orders: We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Standard Shipping: Available for both U.S. and Canadian orders. Rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Express Option: Standard processing time + faster carrier delivery.
Responsibility: Once an order is scanned into the carrier system, Nail Your Colors is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost/stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

Nail Sets: 5-10 business days (up to 15 during sales or holidays). Each set is handmade in Los Angeles with care, please allow time for your order to be created and packaged.

A Sizing Kit is strongly recommended to ensure the best fit.
Nail sizes provided by the customer are their full responsibility.
Incorrect sizing cannot be refunded or exchanged. Replacement nails must be purchased separately.

All Sales Final: Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations: May be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order has entered production and cannot be canceled.
Lost Packages: Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Orders are confirmed only after checkout is completed.
Each nail set includes 10 nails and one complimentary application kit unless otherwise noted.

Apply: Prep nails, buff lightly, clean with the included alcohol pad, apply glue, and press firmly for 10+ seconds.

Remove: Soak in warm, soapy water with cuticle oil and gently lift using a cuticle stick.

Never force or rip nails off.

Nails can be reused if kept in good condition.
